CFE Finance Group invests in Luxembourg corporate service provider Luxembourg Fund Services S.A.

CFE Finance Group acquired a 50% stake in Luxembourg Fund Services (LFS) Holding, partnering with founder Massimo Longoni. The CSSF-approved deal strengthens CFE’s services and expands its investor reach. LFS, a specislist in fund administration, will be led by the new chairman Massimo Amato.

The partnership aims for growth through organic expansion and market consolidation, making LFS a key player. This acquisition is a strategic move for CFE to grow in Luxembourg’s financial market.
