Valerio joined the Company in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer.
Previously Valerio was CFO of a Swiss-based asset management company active in real estate and private equity. Between 2001 and 2008 he was an independent consultant for Italian and international companies with expertise in M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, distressed debt and restructuring. Valerio also worked from 1995 to 2001 in the Audit and Transaction Services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers Spa Turin and Milan.
Valerio is an Italian Qualified Chartered Accountant from 2003 (Dottore Commercialista and Revisore dei Conti) and graduated with a Bachelor in Business & Economics from the University of Turin.
